That’s why (location and time permitting) I try to meet every single customer myself and assess their needs before booking a nurse or nanny for you.
Rates also vary according to the number of babies and amount of time you need the nurse or nanny.

Night nurse
A night nurse’s job is to help
establish good bedtime sleep routines and patterns, helping your baby
and you sleep right through the night!
We would recommend your night nurse start between 9 and 10pm and finishes between 6 and 7am the following morning.
You can book a night nurse for as little as 1 night, or up to 1 week. If you would like a night nurse for more than 5 consecutive nights, we would usually divide this between 2 nurses.
A typical night nurse will charge between £10 and £12 per hour.
Live-in maternity nurse
Most of our nurses
work 6 days and nights with 1 full 24 hour period off. However, some are
able to work 5 days and nights allowing mum and dad (and any siblings)
weekends to themselves and to practise new routines.
A typical maternity nurse will charge between £120 and £140 per 24 hour period.
Day nurse
We also provide maternity nurses
during the day at a very competitive rate.
A day nurse will typically charge between £12 and £15 an hour.
Special packages
Welcome home package
Designed with
first-time mums and dads in mind who’d love the live-in and hands-on
support and advice during the first few days at home with your baby.
Our Welcome home package can be booked from 1 to 3 days and can be followed by our night nurse service if you would like help with sleep routines and reclaiming the bedtime hours.
Our Welcome Home package typically costs £150 per 24 hour period.
Sleep training
It is a known fact that
babies do most of their developing while asleep so it’s crucial as
parents, we help them sleep as much as they need.
That’s why Sleeping Babies provides an experienced night nurse to help crack any behaviour patterns which may have set in and are preventing your baby from sleeping through the night. For best results, please allow up to 2 weeks before seeing permanent change in your baby.
Rates vary according to your personal circumstances.
Breast feeding support
While breast
feeding your baby is beneficial for both of you, it isn’t as easy as it
looks and can often be painful and emotionally draining. That’s why I
created our Breast feeding support package. My lactation consultant will
help with latching on, feeding times and advise on painful encounters so
you and your baby can begin to enjoy the wonderful world of
breastfeeding.
Our lactation consultant charges £90 per session.
24 hour Bris package (circumcision after-care)
We
can provide families with an experienced nurse who has a sound
understanding of the ceremony, medical procedure and aftercare needed.
She will take full responsibility for your baby throughout the following
night.
Our Bris service typically costs £200 per 24 hour period.
Please do bear in mind there is also an agency registration fee
payable to Sleeping Babies in addition to these fees.
